A senior operator who scaled a startup into a $125M+ global business. I step into the COO or CFO seat part-time, take the executive decisions off your plate, and free you to focus on what you do best.
Fractional COO | Fractional CFO/FP&A | Strategy & Growth
Some businesses need a senior operator, not a report. Whether you need help getting operations under control, building a financial planning function, or thinking through where the business goes next, I don't just do the work; I take the executive decision making off your plate, freeing you up to focus on the areas of your core expertise.
I design and run operational structures for businesses that have grown faster than their systems. That means building or fixing the processes, teams, and workflows that let a business scale without breaking.
For businesses that need financial clarity without a full-time CFO. I build planning, budgeting, and reporting functions that give leadership the numbers they need to make decisions with confidence.
From competitive analysis to go-to-market execution, I help businesses identify untapped opportunities and build the roadmaps to capture them, including in complex, fragmented, or international markets.
No pitch. Just a conversation about your challenges and whether I can help.
Built one myself. Now doing it for others.
I didn't learn this from a consulting deck. I built it. Over fifteen years I scaled The Diamond Pro from a two-person blog into a multi-national business, building, optimizing, and handing off each core function before moving to the next.

Fractional first. Open to more if the fit is right.
My focus is fractional executive work: stepping into the COO or CFO seat part-time and taking the decisions off a founder's plate. That's where I'm most useful, and it's what I'm building toward. That said, I'm not closed to a deeper commitment. If a fractional engagement proves the fit and the role grows in scope, or if the right director or VP-level opportunity comes along in operations, strategy, or growth, I'm open to the conversation. What matters to me is the fit: organizations where broad experience and sound judgment count more than a narrow specialist lane. If that sounds like where you are, I'd like to hear about it.
A New Yorker who found home on the other side of the world in Brno.
A native New Yorker who traded the city skyline for the cobblestones of Brno, Czech Republic, I've called this charming city home since 2012, where I live with my wife Aneta and our spirited Bohemian Shepherd, Myška.
My hunger for the world has taken me through more than 60 countries and across 7 places I've called home. That same restless curiosity follows me indoors too; into books, online courses, and a lifelong commitment to growth. When I'm not working, I'm in the kitchen, recreating obscure dishes inspired by meals from my travels. I even founded a foodie club in Brno to share that passion with others.
None of this was planned. In 2011, I arrived in Brno expecting to stay a few months, and never left. Years of travel, unexpected encounters, and a willingness to say yes to the unknown taught me one thing above all: anything is possible when you stay open to the world.
